There are so many wonderful places in Orlando to practice yoga, right? If you’re an experienced practitioner you undoubtedly have a yoga home. But if you have a more than casual curiosity about the benefits of yoga, you may not know where to begin your practice.
I invite experienced and novice yogis alike to come practice yoga with me. Beginning this coming Monday, August 17, I will be teaching Monday evenings at 6:30 at A Balanced Body Studio on Howell Branch Road. This practice will focus on the astanga primary series, and is appropriate for practitioners of all levels. In our classes at A Balanced Body Studio, we accept each body right where it is, and provide a space for you to move more deeply into feeling the body and understanding the breath. This practice brings the skillful means to move through your days with calm, ease, and resilience.
